• Small teams at each table discuss the most concerning issue(s) in their organization, summarize common problems and report out
• Each participant and table will engage in fun, hands-on exercise that will demonstrate the challenges of producing what is expected
• Networking and break
• Tables organized by most common identified issues; participants go to table that most interests them, brainstorm possible solutions and report out
• Entire group identifies top issue(s)
• Discussion on next steps to develop action plans/feasible solutions
