Fenton Winery & Brewery has a Cook Apprenticeship Program!!!  Apprentices will work with a mentor on the job and go to school learning to plan, prepare, and cook food items to ensure customers highest quality service and experience. The apprentice will help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently while ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and following food storage procedures.
