Dr. Wax Orthodontics is hosting our fourth annual Mouth Guard Clinic! Protect your children's teeth during sports by joining us for a FREE custom fit mouth guard, snacks, and refreshments. Raffle Prizes will be given away, including a pizza party for you and your team & a chance to win some Dunham’s gift cards!
