Full-Time Assistant Retail Store Manager – Fenton
Job Description
Day to Day job Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in exceeding budgeted sales and gross margin goals of store.
- Promote good donor and customer relations.
- Merchandise the sales floor with an attractive display of quality goods in sufficient quantity to fill the store.
- Assist in hiring, training, retaining, motivating store employees.
- Adhere to all safety standards, based on average scores of audits.
- Assist in safety training in regularly scheduled retail meetings.
- Maintain standard of layout of backroom to ensure efficiency.
- Two years of general retail or customer service experience
- Minimum of 1-year management or supervisory experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of GWA
- Ability to use cash register and follow Goodwill Industries policy
- Must have reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
