Fortitude Children's Therapy

I provide therapeutic services to children ages 3 to 17 who have been impacted by trauma, difficulties, and hardships. These children often struggle with depression, anxiety, anger, behavioral issues, emotional issues, and mental illness. My mission is to provide proven and effective interventions as early as possible in your child's life to support them in overcoming past traumatic experiences, cope with current emotional and behavioral struggles, reduce symptoms of mental health disorders, and develop character traits such as fortitude, resiliency, grit, and perseverance.
My whole-heart passion is working with children, therefore I exclusively work only with children. I focus all my training, education, and skills in becoming a more effective and impactful children's therapist. I have over 10 years of experience in a variety of setting including residential treatment, school, and private practice.
As a parent, you may be at a loss of how to help your child. They may be depressed, anxious, or angry. They may be aggressive and acting out at home or at school. They may have been through incredibly difficult trauma or have been adopted. Asking for help may be the next step to showing your child how much you love them, and I'm here when you are ready.
