CRUST - a baking company

CRUST is a full-service retail and wholesale baking company located in downtown Fenton, Michigan. The bakery at 104 W. Caroline St. stretches for nearly a block and is easily identified by its bright yellow awnings. Large glass windows look in on the busy kitchens and showcase the classically trained bakers at work alongside an impressive bread oven from Verona, Italy. A small retail area features many of the 120 items we produce, along with made-to-order sandwiches, rustic pizzas, salads and soups. The bakery is open 7 days a week.

CRUST has earned a loyal following for our handcrafted Viennoiseries, fruit pies and distinctive pastries. hearty artisanal breads are baked directly on the oven hearth and recently garnered a People's Choice Award as Mid-Michigan's Best Bread. The bakers at CRUST believe the best breads and pastries are made in small batches using traditional methods and all-natural ingredients.
